Welcome City of Melbourne!

We first approached the City of Melbourne with an idea to produce virtual tours of the interiors of Melbourne's fabulous Council buildings in Sept 08 we had a fuzzy idea of how we could integrate our new virtual tour technology with their spacial systems applications. The first meeting was abuzz with excitement, fresh ideas and possibilities.

Fast track 6 months, a lot of brain-storming and we are pleased to welcome the City of Melbourne to our herd! The project to create virtual tours of three of the council buildings including Melbourne Town Hall, CH2 and the historic Melbourne City Baths has been signed...
Congratulations to the team at Bison for winning this tender! For those of you interested in viewing the online component of the proposal it is online here.

Looking forward to getting (inter)active this winter in sensational Melbourne!

Interactive magic

Everyone is feeling the pinch of the economic downturn there is no doubt... The media industry has been no exception - we've been hit hard. Fashion photographers doing industrial shoots for below cost, web designers offering free sites... The examples are plenty; but is discounting necessarily the key? We think not, after all quality will always be sought after, and who wants to cheapen their brand?

Looking at the benefits of having a little free time on our hands (!) freed up time has given us an opportunity to create - which is what we do best. From time lapse productions of sensational Melbourne, to interactive maps complete with virtual tours of stadiums, the herd have been working hard to offer a new products and innovative feast that is Bison.

More news from the herd...

Wildspace has finally after much planning come to fruition... Fed Square 20 March - hope to see you there! Support the environment that supports you.

Australian Open 2009!

Another huge year for tennis with scorching temperatures above 40degrees C. Controversy over whether the roof should remain open or closed dominated conversations whilst the players continued to fight it out on the court.
Oliver took is new lens down courtside, and snapped some amazing new photos!
